Rooted in Okinawan longevity and a lifetime in travel, I help people embrace movement, curiosity, and joyful purpose wherever life takes them.
Travel, movement, and lived experience — shared to inspire healthy longevity, reinvention, and joy at every stage of life.
A Life Rooted in Travel, Culture, and Joy
Travel has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My parents immigrated to the United States from Okinawa, Japan — a place known as one of the world’s Blue Zones, where people live long, vibrant lives. That cultural foundation shaped my beliefs about health, movement, and longevity long before I had words for it.
I’ve spent over three decades working across travel, tourism, and hospitality, and in my early 60s stepped into a new chapter — bringing together travel, movement, humor, and connection as an Entertainment Host and Fitness Instructor at sea.

Healthy to 100
“Healthy to 100” is deeply personal to me.
Inspired by my Okinawan heritage, it reflects a belief that longevity is built through daily movement, curiosity, connection,
and joy - not extremes or perfection.
A Chapter at Sea
Today, I work at sea as an Entertainment Host and Fitness Instructor, engaging guests through movement, activities, laughter, and shared experiences.
This chapter allows me to bring together everything I’ve lived — travel, fitness, humor, and human connection — in a way that feels both meaningful and joyful.
An Invitation
If you believe travel is a lifelong teacher, movement should support joy, and new chapters are always possible — I’m truly glad you’re here.
